Coffee from smallholder farms in Colombia’s mountainous Huila region adds smooth body, chocolate richness, and touches of red fruit and citrus.

Burundi — Kayanza
Bourbon coffee from the Businde Washing Station adds brown sugar sweetness, chocolate, orange zest, and apple-like brightness.

Guatemala — Ayarza
