Coffee Products

Due to food safety regulations, all coffee products are final sale.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or consumed coffee.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Order Number
• Photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging

We'll gladly replace the product or issue a refund where appropriate.

Non-Food Merchandise

Unused merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery in its original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
